The Riad is beautifully appointed and super clean.
I was appalled by the service when I arrived. no one was there to pick me up as arranged. After waiting outside for what felt like an eternity, I finally got inside only to find the staff asleep. To make matters worse, I was charged for an extra night without prior notification.

would stay here again and again
The Standard Double Room was perfect. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and comfy amenities like a sofa, fresh towels, and great toiletries. The decor was charming, and the rooftop was a lovely spot to relax. There’s a fantastic spa nearby for massage treatments and sun umbrellas. The staff made me feel at home.

The location is perfect for exploring local hotspots, and the beautiful decor is complemented by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff's attentiveness made our stay exceptional, as they readily addressed all our needs without hesitation.
The only downside was the lack of a lift, which might be a challenge for some guests.

The Standard Double Room was super comfy! I loved the lovely interior design, and the bed was really cozy. The staff was amazing, treating me like family. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the fresh water available was a nice touch. It felt safe wandering around the area, too. I only wish they had a spa on-site, but there are great options nearby.

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting trip in Marrakesh with extraordinarily good value for money. The rooftop terrace was a peaceful retreat after long days exploring. Be prepared for some noise from the surrounding area at night.
